The heart of the restaurant at the Tombolo Talasso Resort: a cuisine with attention to detail, where guests will be pampered by good food, with traditional local, Mediterranean and international dishes, and a selection of fine national and international wines. In addition to the wide range of labels from all regions of Italy, the wine cellar has a number of carefully selected Tuscan wines, in particular the Supertuscans produced in the vineyards of the nearby Bolgheri doc area, such as the famous Sassicaia. Many of the raw materials used by our chefs are supplied by local producers, from garden produce to yoghurts and cheeses and the delicious Cinta di Cinta cured meats.
