All medical treatments are coordinated by Dr Teresa Sichetti, Medical Director of the Tombolo Thalasso Resort since 1 June 2017, and take place within a Medical Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine Outpatient Clinic.

Dr Teresa Sichetti is the creator of the 360° Thalasso Experience, and is a specialist in dermatology and medical hydrology at the University of Pisa.
