Booking

We recommend booking your treatment in advance to take advantage of the service on the day and time of your choice. Our staff will guide you in choosing the most suitable product for you.

Cancellations of a treatment require at least 6 hours’ notice.

Cancellations without such notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Timetables

To ensure that our staff keeps to the appointment schedule and provides maximum service to clients, we recommend arriving on time or slightly early. In case of delay, the treatment will be carried out until the end of the booked time in order not to penalise the next client.

At the SPA you will be given a bathrobe, bath towel and a pair of slippers. Swimming costumes are worn in our wellness centre. If you do not have one, you can purchase it at SPA reception. The use of a bathing cap is not obligatory.

On arrival you will find changing rooms with lockable lockers in which you can leave your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave all valuables in the safe in your room or in the custody of the Hotel reception; the SPA accepts no liability in the event of loss.

PREGNANCY

We offer targeted treatments for our expectant and new mothers. The SPA staff will be happy to advise you on the treatments best suited to your needs.

Explain your needs to the operator to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness from the treatment. To promote muscle relaxation, we recommend a hot shower before treatments. We ask our guests to switch off their mobile phones while in the SPA. If you have a medical condition of any kind, please inform the staff at the time of booking.

A gift voucher is the perfect gift for a special person. You can have any SPA package, treatment or product included in the Gift that you will be issued to give to the person you wish to give the gift to. They are non-refundable. You can buy the products used during your treatments at our SPA so that you can continue to enjoy your wellness moments at home.
